Terms and Conditions

How to pay for an item- Payments are made via Paypal, alternatively you can telephone us on 01453 521721 and place your order over the phone. You can then pay with your credit / debit card or arrange to send postal order.

Special Offer Codes- If you have a promotion code please register for an account to use your code, and please note that there is a minimum spend of £20.00.

Pricing- Unless otherwise stated all prices include VAT. To cut down on paper we no longer send out invoices with deliveries, instead you will be emailed a copy of your invoice in a .pdf format. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Stock Availability- Any item advertised on our web site should be in stock, and the website should notify you otherwise during the checkout procedure. In the event that we are out of stock of any item ordered, we shall contact you within 2 working days of the date the goods were ordered, to notify you of a likely delivery date or any other options. We may contact you by email or telephone.

Your right to cancel- You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Delivery- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Customers can expect their goods to arrive in 3-4 working days with all orders sent out using a trackable service. Next Day customers can expect goods to arrive in 1 working days if ordered before 12pm and your order will be either sent out using Royal Mail Special Delivery or TNT Express. Postage & packaging fees are automatically calculated during checkout. Destination UK Mainland only. Please note - Heavier & more expensive items will be sent out by courier and a signature will be required on delivery. We have currently suspended all international sales. Please call us on 01453 521721 to confirm stock availability and an estimated delivery date, if you need your order by a particular date. Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived and you are concerned that it could be lost in the post, please check with your local sorting office first before contacting us. A parcel is not classed as lost by the Royal Mail until 15 days have passed. If you have not received your parcel after this time then please contact us so we can make a lost parcel claim on your behalf.

Refund Policy & Returns- If you dont like something, or its not how you thought it would be, or it's damaged, don't worry! We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We offer a 14 Day Money back guarantee providing goods are in a re-saleable condition . We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost. Please note this must be within 14 days (non-working day’s inc.) of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in an exchange or credit note only being offered. We will offer exchange or a credit note up to 14 days from the purchase date. The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01453 521721. Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging. Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01453 521721 to get a Returns Number. Replacement items can only be sent out on the return of the original item, unless otherwise agreed. Unreturned items requested will be billed for. Your item(s) must be returned clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 30 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction. We will not exchange or refund goods that are wilfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified. All returns, credit notes and refunds offered are down to our discretion.
